PECAN PIE FILLING:

• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 1/2 cups Light Corn syrup
• 4 Eggs
• 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 2 cups Pecans, roughly chopped
