14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts
1/2 lb frozen chopped spinach, thawed
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Few dashes hot sauce
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
